Well, although the count was “down,” your spirits still seem “up” and that’s a blessing in itself.

Here is western Michigan we are battling COLD, COLD weather! Sub-zero temps and snow since Saturday. Two days off from school because of the dangerous windchill and icy roads! I’d challenge any of the slugs to survive in this weather!

We are thankful for a warm home and a chance to relax a little while “snow-bound.” Snow days are indeed gifts in that everything else is put on hold and one can catch up on lots of things. Unless we get more snow or blowing, tomorrow things may be more “normal.”
